Bray Technologies keeps an extensive database of technical information about your location. This database allows any of our help desk representatives to assist you in a moments notice. A Technical manager is assigned to your account to assist in long term IT planning and technology upgrades.
Basic server monitoring: Bi-monthly checkup on server. A technician will login remote and check the status of the following:
This service is designed to catch problems before they cause work outage. Any problems found during the monitoring would be billable at the negotiated labor rate plus parts.
Advanced Server monitoring: Daily monitoring of a server's vital status. Monitoring Software is loaded on the server and sends alert info and vital statistics to us every hour. The reports are monitored 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
This service is best for keeping network running smooth with minimum downtime. $300 per month per server. Any problems found during the monitoring would be billable at the negotiated labor rate plus parts.
