This Service Disclaimer applies to all services provided by Computer Help Now, including remote support, on-site support, website services, hosting services, cybersecurity consulting, Microsoft 365 support, and technical troubleshooting.
Best Effort Services
Computer Help Now provides professional technical services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, we cannot guarantee that every problem can be identified, corrected, or prevented.
Remote Support Limitations
Many issues can be resolved remotely; however, some problems may require:
- On-site service
- Hardware replacement
- Manufacturer support
- Internet service provider assistance
- Third-party vendor involvement
- Additional paid services
Remote support sessions are conducted only with customer authorization.
Diagnostic Services
Technical evaluations, troubleshooting sessions, and system assessments are diagnostic in nature. Discovery of underlying issues does not guarantee that repairs can be completed remotely or during the initial service session.
Data Protection & Backups
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important files, databases, email, websites, and systems.
Although Computer Help Now exercises reasonable care during service delivery, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from:
- Hardware failure
- Software corruption
- Malware infections
- User actions
- Power interruptions
- Cloud service failures
- Pre-existing system conditions
Hardware & Software Issues
Some technical problems are caused by defective hardware, unsupported software, operating system limitations, manufacturer defects, or third-party services beyond our control.
In such cases, additional repairs, replacement equipment, subscriptions, or vendor support may be required.
Cybersecurity Services
Security recommendations, monitoring, malware removal, and system hardening can significantly reduce risk but cannot guarantee protection from future cyberattacks, malware infections, phishing attempts, ransomware incidents, or data breaches.
Website & Hosting Services
Website hosting, WordPress support, DNS management, email services, and website maintenance depend upon third-party infrastructure providers and internet services.
Computer Help Now cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, email systems, hosting services, domain registrations, or third-party platforms.
Microsoft 365 & Email Services
Email delivery, spam filtering, Microsoft 365 functionality, and cloud services are subject to policies and systems controlled by Microsoft and other third-party providers.
While we can assist with configuration and troubleshooting, we cannot guarantee the performance or availability of third-party services.
Service Availability
Response times may vary depending on workload, service agreements, business hours, and the complexity of the issue.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, no service level agreement (SLA) is implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Computer Help Now shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, support portal, or recommendations.
